Hi everyone? Lets have a quick vote from all School of Mines graduates and current students: We want to change B.Min.Sc to either BSc(Eng), BEng or B.Min.Sc (i.e. no change). Kindly comment below with any of these acronyms so that we can have statistics of who proposes what .. At the end of the week we shall count how many have proposed BSc(Eng), BEng or B.Min.Sc (i.e. no change) by simply counting the comments against each of these acronyms.
There will be a lot of discussions on your personal experiences & challenges regarding B.Min.Sc Degrees you studied/is studying.
As a School, we've provisionally agreed to rebrand our degree from B.Min.Sc to either BEng or BSc(Eng) for Metallurgy & Mining. As for Geology, it will be BSc(Geology).
For this to work out we need your input, your own suggestions as well as your bad/good experiences because of B.Min.Sc.
