BLJOVB Families,

Please see the attached document to sign up for a concessions shift. Just a reminder that 6 hours total are required to fulfill your volunteer requirement PER PLAYER.

Additional tournaments sign-ups will be sent once they are finalized.
Dates of our tournaments are:

January 6/7
January 20/21
February 3/4
March 23/24
April 13/14

**Remember: Don’t sign up for a shift the same day your child is playing**

If your player is 7th grade or younger a parent must work with them (which fulfills one 3 hour of the 6-hour requirement). For 8th grade and above it can be just 2 players.

Concession Sign-up

**17 players Brust will be in contact with you in regards to set-up and take-downs on tournament weekends (these duties will fulfill your volunteer requirement).**

**16 players sign up for ONE concession shift. Brust will be in contact further**

Concessions help keep BLJOVB costs to a minimum for all of us, so any and all help is greatly appreciated.

If you do not plan on volunteering, please let us know ASAP so we can cash your check. This allows us the ability to plan for our needs.
