We hope you and your families had a happy and healthy winter season. As lifelong Prouts Neck community members, we have experienced first hand the needs of many of our friends and family associated with continued property preservation. With Maine’s record snowfall bringing damage to houses, mailboxes, gutters, shingles, and the like, as well as the commencement of spring projects as we prepare for
those favored summer days, we are proud to announce to our Prouts friends, family, and community members, the inception of Black Point Properties LLC. Our mission is to cater to the seasonal needs of properties throughout the Prouts Neck community, by providing a la carte management services to make homeownership carefree and enjoyable. We provide services that range from winter walkthroughs to construction and landscaping projects. This spring and summer we are looking forward to providing our customers with full services for boats, summer vehicles, and homes, as well as smaller home construction and landscape needs. As year round residents of the Prouts Neck area, we are able to cater to any individualized needs or concerns in order to maintain the places that we all look forward to returning to summer after summer. If a larger project is required, we will happily assist in recommendations and consultations. At the termination of the summer, we will be providing full winterization services for many Prouts Neck families. Furthermore, at the request of other homeowners, our continued growth will carry us along the southern coast of Maine. The winter melt off has begun, and spring is quickly approaching, so please keep us in mind. Whether its tuning your bicycles, painting or prepping your boat for the summer, stocking your refrigerator, or cleaning your house between rentals, Black Point Properties can make your seasonal experience turn key.
