āI turned 65 and my streak continues.
Though I only do 3 to 4 minutes on toes each morning, I still get a great benefit from it. Before I started using my Stealth I would throw out my back 2 to 3 times a year that required a Chiropractor to fix. Since using the Steath I have not had a back issue requiring the Doctor to fix.
I just moved into a new house where I moved dozens of heavy boxes. My core is strong. Now if I could just loose some extra pounds.

āI originally started with a yellow stealth from Amazon and then quickly followed with a pro version (direct order)- I still like the yellow but now have got the Go which is by far my favourite as itās easy to travel with and is a awesome workout.
Originally I did about 30+ days streak then lost it by being forgetful. So I set a plan to do 3 mins every morning as soon as I wake. This has led to my current 750 day streak.
I also include my Stealth as part of my home core circuit sessions. My favourite games are FItman, PlankTimer, Color Chase and Galaxy Adventure. But I love Gamemix for variety.
I also like doing interval sessions 1min on and 30secs rest going for 10 mins. The Stealth is part of my overall fitness and my passion as an amateur endurance athlete especially running. Keep at it and enjoy your workoutsšā
