So, it was exciting that Fast Company's international panel of judges for the World Changing Ideas Award recognized the large-scale, long-term impact of our work, too! 🎇

One of our favorite things about being a certified women-owned business is meeting other women-led and nonbinary-led teams.

The recognition was for our groundbreaking practice-based skill development program, which led to measurable real-world behavior change around the globe.

It's been amazing to see the data on the impact we've had, but the most heartwarming part is hearing from managers who feel they now have the skills (and confidence) to lead their teams.
