Have not had wings here for a while and decided to give them a go again. Had a craving.
Well they were great.
Teriyaki sauce with star anise.
WOW what a punch.
Delicious!

Wings in BBQ sauce and Franks hot sauce.
1. Cut wings into 3 parts if not already cut. Discard the end bits or use for chicken stock for another dish.
2. Bake in oven on 200c for around an hour. Turning over half way. Ensure they are crispy.
3. Remove.
4. Toss in Heinz BBQ sauce.
5. Then toss the remainder in Frank’s hot sauce.
6. Serve with sour cream, carrots and celery sticks.
