2 members of our support group have Small fibre Neuropathy. it is burning feeling in the hands and feet which turn bright red and happens every day. it is like unprotected electrical wire.

Do you suffer with shoulder pain?
If so, do you find that any kind of stretching, bending, or exertion can cause you not only fast fatigue, but extreme pain?
For me, it is as simple as taking a shirt off a hanger, brushing my hair, or reaching for a cup.
I find the simplest of things can ruin my day by causing more pain/discomfort. The tightness that is caused can lead to further discomfort down my back/arms as well. My only remedy that sometimes works is a hot shower, or a heating source to relax the muscles. ❤️CiNdy
