The Inner Spiritualist
Delivering Mindfulness, Spirituality & Self-Development Content!
Welcome to The Inner Spiritualist my name is Zac, and I'm the mind behind the content. In short, The Inner Spiritualist is a spiritual blog for those of us who believe in the benefits of spirituality.
I'm 21, and I've been completing spiritual practices for the past five years, with hopes of getting closer to awakening and enlightenment. I believe that the spiritual journey is important in the alleviation of suffering and the maturation of individual character.
The intention I have set for the website and the social media pages, are to hold a space in which people can learn more about the benefits of committing to spiritual practices. In the digital age, it is so easy to fall victim to the world around us and live without the knowledge of how spirituality can help shape a world free from suffering.
It is my belief that we can shape that world, and by creating content on this page, we can further enlighten the world and create a space where everyone can share the bliss of awakening.
