Okay, it’s official, I am running the 2025 London marathon.

In recent years, suffering a head trauma, a stroke, died and been resuscitated twice, numerous procedures this year to fix both knees, 3 disintegrated back joints, bulging discs, benign tumours in both thighs and a pre-cancerous condition of the oesophagus. Plus being a 52 very ex rugby player, this is going to be more than a challenge.

However, this is absolutely nothing compared to those “brave little soldiers” that I will, with your support be raising money for.

I have nearly 7,000 connections on LinkedIn / Facebook and if you could all just donate the cost of a coffee, not only would you smash my target, you would be making such an incredibly difference to this amazing charity I am running for.
