When your in the middle of a pandemic but want to celebrate 1 year of being married. After 7 years of being together we realized we don’t need anything fancy. Our fancy dates are just us being together and spending quality time with each other. Love you forever and always!!! Because everyday with you feels like our anniversary 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘

Thanks to my amazing husband Joe Remigio who drove me in support of my believes, I was able to protest in Queens Park against Doug Fords Bill 124 which disrespects nurses and the sacrifices that we have made not only in our daily work, but now during this pandemic. I truly believe the public loves it nurses, because they no how much we fight for them and their health. Now it’s time for us to fight for ourselves! ❤️❤️😷😷🩺🩺 @ Legislative Assembly of Ontario

Recently created a salad that doesn’t make me feel like I’m forcing myself to eat healthy. Arugula salad with roasted Indian cauliflower with tomatoes, onions, walnuts, sesame seeds, dried cranberries & topped with a almond butter/ginger dressing. Yumm!!!!! ❤️❤️🌿❤️🌿❤️🌿❤️🌿 @ Mississauga, Ontario
Meal #1:
Seitan beef topped with onion stir fry, roasted sweet potato, roasted bell pepper & walnut dip and turmeric couscous & veggie stir fry WITH tropical green smoothie.
Meal #2:
Whole wheat pita wrap with stir fried pinto beans, soy ground beef & red onion. Topped with guacamole & cheesy tahini sauce.

After turning 30 I realized that with all the planning and organizing of what i should do, all I wanted was a fun day with my best friend . Along with getting some much needed pampering. From getting my hair done , to shopping spree , watching a movie , nice classy dinner , and a cake from my favourite vegan place . Could not have asked for a better intimate celebration!
