Dear Community,
Thank you for your continued patience during the re-structuring process.
While the process is still ongoing, we would like to give a small update on what we are currently working on.
The Hybrid Stock Exchange (HYBSE), our main focus and product. The website design, usability and coding are being revised, to the standards of a white labelled software.
DIM X as the gateway to DIM Currencies and HYBSE assets, to better incorporate the relationship between the two platforms.
IBIN as the official issuer registrar. The goal is to have a seamless process of distributing IBIN numbers directly onto the HYBSE platform upon registration.
We kindly ask the community to bear with us through this timely process as the work being done is essential to our goal of having HYBSE as the top choice of a white labelled trading software.

The IBIN company databases are currently being updated, with more companies to follow throughout the next few days.
As you are aware, these company databases reflect the listed shares on HYBSE. We are working to have a fully integrated system between IBIN and HYBSE.

The Hybrid Stock Exchange (HYBSE) is an innovative online trading platform for SMEs and start-up companies to increase capital finance. HYBSE is built on the NEM blockchain. The success of the HYBSE is critically dependent on the confidence of the users of our platform; issuers, participants and employees. This confidence is based primarily on compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual and internal regulations and conformity with customary market standards and rules of conduct in the business activities of HYBSE.
The mainstream equity markets are defined by over-regulation, red-tape, excessive fees and long waiting periods before trading can commence. They are also riddled with too many intermediaries, such as broking companies, clearing houses and share registrars, which increases costs and decreases efficiency. HYBSE‘s blockchain-based platform will eliminate these hurdles, allowing issuers and participants to conduct business on a secure and efficient platform. The platform will be a hybrid blockchain platform since physical shares will be cryptonised in order to be traded. Trading on the platform can be done P2P, eliminating the need for too many external intermediaries. The DIM Currencies are recognised and permitted as a medium of exchange on the platform.
Issuers will have their securities cryptonised by HYBSE before they are listed on the platform. Cryptonised shares will also be decryptonised by HYBSE into physical shares when it is in the best interest of the DIM Ecosystem. The steps, means and costs of decryptonising can be viewed on the HYBSE website. Participants and issuers will have their cryptonised instruments deposited into their DEPOTWALLET accounts, after which they will be allowed to trade.
