Announcement for Neighbourhood Playtime Participants...
If you are driving to trick or treat tonight, here’s a friendly reminder to put on that costume at your destination.
A bulky costume can make it difficult to fit the car seat harness properly on your child. Fluff and bulk can compress in a crash and make the car seat straps suddenly too loose.
Buckle up and then dress up when you arrive at the Halloween party.
Itty Bitty Costumes make us 😍!

Calling all moms! 👩
What advice do you have for new or expecting moms?
While we love sharing our advice and insight, we also know many brilliant and strong mom's who know a thing or two.
Let us know your wisdom! 👇
We love bringing people together, and take a system approach to care.
With events we bring people together to learn, discuss and bond. This way you know other people are in similar situations to you!
We love working with families: it's not just about mom.
We seek out care partners in other fields, as we all have varying specialties and experiences.
Where are you building teams and systems around you?
What a powerful article we have to discuss!
How often when a new mother has a baby do we say "I need to meet the baby!"?
We also need to care for mom.

Meet Doula Ange! ☺
"For me, being a doula is about offering support to individuals and families where gaps in support might exist. This comes with the understanding that support can look different for everyone, so I always try to come to a client with an open mind and a readiness to truly listen to them as they identify their needs."
Our first event is tonight (with Birth Prep!) then August 27th.
After that be sure to catch our events, or book us to come to your home and teach and share our expertise:

Culturally sensitive/aware practices are central to us.
However you conceptualize birth and the birthing process: we care for this.
We are constantly learning and growing and educating ourselves for you.
We talked about this on Instagram and had to ask here too:
When you travel...do you plan, or go with the flow?
Pregnancy is like a trip: and yes you can plan every step of the way and yes you can go with the flow.
We're not going to tell you to do it one way or the other: we're here to say you'll travel with folks or meet them along the way.
And pregnancy is the same way! Go with others. Do the journey.
Comment and let us know if you like to really plan out your travel or if you're a go-with-the-flow kind of person.
