Alang kang 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙡 𝙤 𝙈𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙮, dili lang siya usa ka SK Chairman Aspirant; kundili siya usa ka inspirasyon alang sa tanang kabatan-onan ug sa komunidad. Ang iyang liderato nagtakdo og dalan alang sa kauswagan ug kalinaw sa atong barangay. Kauban ang iyang maanindot nga pangandoy ug kadasig sa pagserbisyo sa publiko, siya nagpasiugda sa pagsagop sa mga kinahanglanon sa kabatan-onan. Nagatuo siya na ang kabatan-onan gayud kay adunay dakong responsibilidad sa katinlingban.

Ang kinabuhi ni 𝙂𝙪𝙧𝙗𝙗𝙮 𝙤 𝘽𝙞𝙣𝙜 puno sa prinsipyong katarungan, kalambuan, ug kaayuhan sa tanan. Ang iyang tinguha alang sa kabatan-onan labaw pa sa kahimtang sa politika; usa ka tinguha nga magpadayon sa kausaban ug pagtambayayong. Siya nagahandum nga mapalambo ang mga kapasidad sa kabatan-onan, ug malantaw sa ilang mga mata ang potensyal alang sa kahayag sa kaugmaon. Ang atong SK kandidato, usa ka manlalaban sa pagsilbi sa tanan, magdala sa kamatuoran ug kahapsay sa kinabuhi sa atong barangay. Sa iyang mga tinguha, andam siyang maminaw sa mga lantugi ug makighiusa sa komunidad alang sa labing maayong pamaagi.

Siya usa ka tawong puno sa gugma alang sa komunidad ug nangandoy nga makatabang sa pag-usbaw sa kinabuhi sa mga kabataan sa atong barangay. Ang iyang pangandoy makita sa iyang mga buhat ug dedikasyon alang sa kauswagan sa kabataan. Siya nagahandum nga mapalambo ang ekomomiya ug sa mga oportunidad alang sa mga kabataan, aron sila magmabungahon sa karon ug puhon.

Kauban siya sa pagplano ug paghimo sa mga programa ug proyekto alang sa kultura, ug sports. Bisan sa iyang kakusgan sa paglunsad og mga aktibidad, wala siya magkalimot sa mga isyu ug panginahanglan sa tanang kabatan-onan.

Siya usa ka lider nga andam motugot sa mga pangandoy ug mga damgo sa kabatan-onan sa barangay labi na sa LGBTQIA Community. Ang iyang gibati alang sa kahapsay ug kalamboan sa tanan, malinawon nga nagtimaan sa iyang mga tinguha.

Ang mga requirements mao ang mosunod:
1. Barangay Indigency Certificate
2. Form 137 duly Certified by School Registrar
3. ESC Certificate (if the applicant is from a PRIVATE SCHOOL)
4. Original PSA Birth Certificate
5. Certificate of Good Moral duly Certified by School Registrar
6. Long Brown Envelope
7. One (1) 2x2 ID Picture
8. One (2) 1x1 ID Picture
Kini ang mga pwedeng mag-apply para sa RBR-ABCCA scholarship:
1. Dapat umaabot nga Grade 11 Senior High School Student;
2. Dapat gikan sa kabus nga mga pamilya;
3. Kinahanglang residente sa Cagayan de Oro City;
4. Dili bahin sa bisan unsang kasamtangan nga scholarship program (e.g. CHED, DWSD Educational Assistance, City Scholarship, etc.)
Ang gina-offer nga scholarship program mao ang TV-Based Distance Learning Modality nga maghatag sa mga estudyante og libreng tuition, libreng 20-inch LED TV Set, flash drives, ug P500 nga allowance kada semester.
