👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ What is a Community Health Worker (CHW)? 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

CHWs are local champions who bridge the gap between healthcare providers and the communities they serve. They are the friendly faces that advocate for better health practices, provide education, and offer support right where it's needed most – in our neighborhoods!

👏 Dedicated to making health care accessible to all, CHWs empower individuals to take charge of their well-being, ensuring that no one gets left behind. They're the heartbeat of our community's health!
