Businesses survive because of admin work! Every big business, small business, non-profit, entrepreneur has an admin person or team to thank for helping get them where they are! Wear that admin badge with pride!

It's easy to get tunnel vision when you have a set goal. But even easier to have blinders on to the people who helped you get to where you are. That could be family, friends, an old boss who took a chance on you when you couldn’t find work anywhere else.

This isn’t saying you owe something to them and you need to spend money to show appreciation. But acknowledge that somewhere along the way of your journey someone took their own leap of faith with you. Someone saw the potential and wanted to see you succeed.

Remember the ones who held you up when you wanted to give in. (And sending a fruit basket never hurts!)
