Forgandenny 16-2 Glenearn B

A great team effort last night helped us maintain our lead at the top of Perth & District Badminton Association - Scotland Division 1.

Some excellent games throughout the tie, thankyou Glenearn Badminton Club B for the games🙏

That's the league on hold for a few weeks over the Christmas break and we still have one more club night on Monday for anyone who fancies it.👊🏸

Final match before the Christmas break tomorrow night!

Our last club night before Santa comes will be Monday 18th from 7-9pm at Perth High School. All welcome🏸

A tightly fought battle tonight in the Perth & District Badminton Association - Scotland division 1!
We managed to hold a narrow lead throughout the match, but heading into the last 2 games of mixed doubles 8-6 up, it really could have went either way! Thankyou very much for the games Glenearn Badminton Club 🙏

Delighted to come out with the win and hold on to a narrow lead at the top of the table. We move on to our next league match in a fortnight 🏸💪

Glenearn Badminton Club B 2 Glenearn A 16
Forgandenny Badminton Club 15 Crieff Badminton Club A 3

Forgandenny remain top of Division 1 after a relatively straight forward 15-3 win over Crieff A tonight.

The Glenearn derby was quite a one sided affair with the A team coming out on top of the B team by 16 games to 2.

The remaining match of the evening saw another defeat for last year’s League winners Perth 20 club. After some very close matches Kinross A came out on top 11-7.

Our team picked up another W in the Perth & District Badminton Association - Scotland 1st Division.
The overall scoreline may not suggest so but there were plenty of tight games tonight that could have went either way.
