Today reminded me that whilst we can plan, we can’t plan for everything. The flexibility, capability and willingness to adapt to each situation is key to making things happen. As we head towards a weekend, make your plan for next week but don’t forget to be prepared for the odd curve ball ….. and if you plan for it and it doesn’t happen .. you have more time for coffee 👍
Have a fabulous weekend all xx
This is a lovely post. Describes in very few words the difference between ‘a manager’ and a ‘leader’. Everyone who looks after a team needs to be a leader ♥️ Happy Bank Holiday Weekend x rest, relax and enjoy # # #
The English language is a strange thing but more importantly, in all aspects of life not all things are obvious ……. Never presume
Happy International Women’s Day
What a thing of beauty ♥️♥️ this months magazine out and proud! I’m delighted to be part of this creation every month. It just gets better and better. X
The latest edition of my horsey mag arrived this morning. Front page teaser '6 life lessons horses teach us'. Initial reaction was 'yay, we need to get this out there for non-horsey people to understand'. On reading, it brought a tear to my eye, thinking about how our beautiful animals, not just horses, give so much respite in so many ways but so many people don't have access to the countryside or our 4 legged friends. There is a very calm, peaceful and educational centre near Horstead where you can visit and experience the fun, love and kindness that animals can offer and you will leave with the biggest heart ever.
Did you know that 71% of the adult population, who have access to the internet, use Social Media?
Monday mornings don’t have to be dreaded! A small lifestyle change and we are looking forward to them ❤️❤️
Something to consider. Do we sit and accept what we do and what we have ..... or do we build new horizons to reach?
