❤️Dad (1942-2022)❤️

My dad grew up an only child with just his mom. When he was a very young boy (beginning at age 10), he delivered groceries after school on his bike to help support his family, as they had very little means.

One year, he saved up some of his earnings and purchased this silver bracelet for his mother for Christmas.

When she passed away, I received it and haven’t taken it off since.

Since he passed away last week this bracelet has become even more meaningful. A tribute to a hard-working man who despite the difficulties and hardships of his childhood and youth, was able to overcome and create a beautiful life with us.
