Home - Angel On My Shoulder My sister was very ill with so many complex health issues… As her primary caregiver and being naïve about how to deal with so many complexities, I was simply overwhelmed.

We are happy to introduce Francesca Misso, RN BS CCM CNLCP, the newest member of the Angel On My Shoulder family.

She is a registered nurse and Certified Case Manager (CCM) with more than 45 years experience in nursing. Her experience includes ER, critical care, home health, as well as 25 years in case management assisting catastrophically ill/injured and long term care patients on their road to recovery, including Wounded Warriors at Camp Pendleton. She is a legal nurse consultant and a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner assisting clients who have received serious or catastrophic injuries.

Welcome our nurse Elaine Walsh, RN. - A registered nurse for over 25 years, Elaine is highly experienced in navigating doctors, specialists, medications, and hospitalizations. As a proud mother of four, two of which have special needs, she strongly understands what an integral role patient advocacy plays in managing wellness.

Asking questions, and educating patients so they feel confident and active in their health care decisions are her top priorities. In November 2014 she completed Level 4 Healing Touch at Scripps La Jolla, and is working toward certification.

Her passion is her faith, and her goal is to extend the same grace and hope that she has experienced in her life. She believes we weren’t meant to walk this life alone, and her favorite scripture during times of trials is:

They will bear you up in their hands, Lest you strike your foot against a stone.” — Psalm 91:11-12
