Well we took Lillith to the happiest place on earth.... She loved all the attention and we loved bringing her to see our friends.

Nite nite peeps Gonna ask the Bon Dieu to let me sleep tonight... but I already know hes looking down and laughing thinking hmmm You going to Holly Beach you sint sleeping till the get there and then... we already know! Sweet dreams everyone! Beach bound and down!!!
Oh boy ya'll one more wake up and I am out of here. Trailer is hooked up and loaded down. So just a couple of grocery stops in the morning and I should be heading west around noon! I am so thankful that I am still able and willing to enjoy my happy place! It's going to be another weekend full of memories with friends and family!

Oh boy still rolling Peeled another 300 egsgs, and managed to simmer down another batch of Keeya Sauce! Just keep swimming! Tomorrow is another day!!
I'm on a roll.... 2 cases of quail eggs in jars and sealed and another 8 pints of pickled beets in the canner. I think I'll call it quit for the night... I have 7 more days to fill jars before I head West! Yee ha!
Time to get busy... 135 eggs done and another 600 to do. Gotta git er done!

I'm on a roll.... Lord dont stop me now! Since Friday I have jarred 200 quail eggs, Botts beets, bloody Mary beans, dill pickles and bread & butter pickles. Next up: More pickled beets and Keeya Sauce! Keep that positive energy flowing. I'm on track to be done by Saturday if the Bon Dieu is willing!
All damned eggs are peeled and ready for processing. Time to quit the Derby is on and I need a COLD BEER!

Poo Yie its been a busy day... 400 quail eggs in the vinegar bath and 20 # of beets boiled and ready for slicing and pickling! Life is good!

Well hell athritis is not kind to me these days. I expected to accomplish more than Roux 4 U But I guess tomorrow I'm gonna have to put a hitch in my git a long. I have too much to do for this forkin pain. Now I know how mamma felt with degenerate disc. Tomorrow is another day. The kitchen is clean and ready for more jars to be filled.
Whelp... I'm on a roll again. Done boiled 400 quail eggs they sitting in vinegar in the fridge and whipped up a 3 gallon batch of Coonokie Sauce. I'm right on schedule.... I might even take a nap lol
