As you all know Art’s son passed away on the October 3, 2021.
Words can’t express how a father and mother feels when losing a son. He was there friend as well as there son. As you know, family and friends he was his only dear beloved son and his presence will forever be missed in there lives.
Art and Diane relates how thankful for the years they spent together with there son and that they will forever treasure those moments as a family.
Art and Diane also makes mentioned how thankful they are to the Lord Jesus Christ for those moments. But now…they both know according to the scriptures that there son is peacefully resting temporarily according to Jesus Christ there lord.

Our Story
Arthur D. Betts, the owner operator of Betco Heating and Air Conditioning has been in the air conditioning, heating and sheet metal industries for 50 years. He attended the University of Connecticut for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Design and he has completed factory training schools for American Standard, Carrier, Heil, Rheem, and Trane Equipment. Art and his wife, have lived here for over 23 years.
Betco is a local, family-owned business.
Courteous, punctual, kind, considerate and professional are adjectives often associated with Art and his team at Betco. A satisfied customer recently described Art Betts as "a very friendly, understanding man that just happened to be the owner. " (BBB Review)
Art is very hands on with his team. "The Betco technician arrived precisely on time. When he opened the air handler, he found much that concerned him. He took pictures of the unit and sent them to the Betco owner. The owner told the technician to remove all of the damaged parts and meet him at the manufacturer's distributor. Betco spent half of the morning with the distributor studying files and talking with factory representatives and technicians to figure out what had happened to my air handler. Betco called regularly to tell me of their progress at the distributor. " (BBB Review)
