Our second iteration of bolt in engine mounts are cut and fabricated
These are for 80/105 series barra zf6 landcruisers. They will be a component in a fully bolt in barra conversion kit we will have available.
These kits are designed from 3D scan and are engineered to suit the vehicle.
Keep an eye out shortly for release!
They will be available for $500+gst.
No crossmember is required with the MechSN adaptor.

With the release of our website, we’ve managed to decrease the price on our zf-6 - 80 series adaptors to $2490+ shipping!
Thanks to our initial purchasers we have been able to re-invest into a larger batch of adaptors, giving us access to better suppliers and reducing our costs.

Quick update:
- We’ve shipped the first two test adaptors
- Confirmed that the adaptor works with the mckinnons engine mounts with the factory crossmember. With this kit, you no longer need the aftermarket dropped crossmember.
- The next 10 adaptors are currently in progress, with the shafts being up to the splining and heat treatment step.
- The material has arrived for the 10 adaptor plates, and is during programming.
Currently in the works is the 105 series adaptor kit, and with customer input, a transfer case shifter mount.
We will have adaptors in stock shortly for those needing them asap.

Initial mock up was successful as I mentioned previously, fixing the alignment issues, giving more access during fitment, requiring less modification, no crossmember dropping, exhaust fitment between the chassis, reduced clocking angle and better fluid capacity.
I am putting out feelers for the next 10 adaptors to suit constant 4wd 80 series landcruisers. Keep in mind that these will be prototypes and i will need to work with you to ensure you’re satisfied with the end product.
3000 + shipping will be the cost.
These will include bolts and washers, seals, dowels, the shaft and the adaptor.
Announcing some exciting news on the first product launch!
This product is a zf-6 to 80/105 series transfer case adaptor and shaft:
The initial prototype is nearing completion. Fitment of the adaptor plate and shaft went perfectly to plan.
This adaptor will:
-Fix all misalignment and tolerance issues that competitors have
-Utilise factory toyota shaft seals at the gearbox output
-Act as a full replacement to failed input shafts
-Replace failed adaptor shafts of other competitors
-Keep the transfer case fluid at factory capacity
-Fit an exhaust up to 3” (possibly larger) between the chassis rails.
-Require minimal modifications to the transfer case shifter position
-dramatically improve the driveshaft operating angles of the front and rear driveshafts
-require no modification to the factory manual crossmember, and with testing will be suited to the automatic crossmember also.
-come with all fasteners and replacement seals
Final testing is in progress as we speak of fitting the adaptor to the test vehicle with a new transfer case.
