News Update.
Tif-Foundation School Sri Lanka.
We started our Tif-Foundation school at Adam’s Peak in 2015 January and up to now many students have developed their English knowledge and computer skills. This school is of great benefit to poor Tea plantation village children. Unfortunately, because of our financial situation, we are not in a position to run this school even till the end of this year. If anyone support this school financially without ceasing we can run this school.

Tif-Foundation School Sri Lanka.
From the inception of Tif-Foundation 5 years back (From 2015) and up to now, many students have gained numerous benefits.
They improved their English knowledge and computer skills. Because of that, many students got good jobs and several students are doing their university studies successfully.

There is considerable progress in Tif-Foundation School up to now. Tif-Foundation School has provided good educational service to poor people since 2015, who cannot afford the tuition fees from their parents. This school is a great blessing to these students.

NEWS _ Tif-Foundation School, Adam’s Peak
Now we have good progress in our Tif School. Lot of children get benefits from this school.
There is considerable progress in Tif-Foundation School up to now. These children are saying they are learning more and more from this School.
NEWS _ Tif-Foundation School, Adam’s Peak
This student is from Adam’s Peak and she was selected to the university, but her only problem was English and IT. At last Tif-foundation was the only place to develop her English knowledge and IT. Not only her but another two students who were selected to the university are getting help from Tif-Foundation School, Adam’s Peak. Not only university students, but government teachers are also learning IT from our school. Some students who learned English/IT from our school found good jobs in reputed institutions.

Four New Computers.
Because of heavy rains in Adam’s Peak area, three days there was no power supply/electricity. We managed to hand over four brand new computers to Tif-Foundation school. Both children and teachers are happy now. Because of continuous wind, rains less students have come to School.
Up to this our school has much progress on various aspects.

Tif-Foundation Computer and English Academy is situated in an attractive, beautiful environment. There are many flowers that are blooming throughout the year. Like these flowers some lives are blooming brightly but unfortunately just fading away in no time. Because of our Tif-Foundation these flowers are not fading away anymore. This is one of the teachers who loves these children in our Tif-Foundation School. She got married this week. We bless/wish her most happy & prosperous wedded life.

Bærbare datamaskiner
I februar fikk Tif-Foundation English Academy and Computer School 10 bærbare datamaskiner fra en skole I Oslo. Vi hadde 10 stasjonære maskiner fra før. Med disse nye maskinene, kvalifiserte lærere og god lokal mottakelse, har barna ved skolen gjort stor framgang og lærer mye.
200 barn fra alle religiøse bakgrunner og ulike folkegrupper går på skolen, uten noen konflikter. Nesten ingen av foreldrene har råd til å betale skolepenger, så derfor må vi drive skolen uten annen støtte. På denne skolen forståe både barna og foreldrene deres hvorviktig denne utdanningen er.
Utfordringen vi står overfor nå er at skolebygningen har begynt å lekke fra taket. Toalettforholdene er heller ikke gode nok til så mange elever. Men til tross for dette, er både barna og lærerne godt fornøyde med skolen sin

There are more than 200 students studying currently in Sri Pada Tif-Foundation School. They are very eager to study both computers and English. Up to now, we have had one teacher for IT studies and another teacher for the English language. Several government teachers are also participating in courses learning computer studies. Now our only problem is space. But the students are still enjoying studying in this school despite this problem. Many thanks to those who are helping this school.
Teaching activity has already started at Tif-Foundation IT computer school and English academy located in the beautiful hill country with a cool climate in this January (2015). So far all is going well. The teachers, the children and the people of the village are happy, and at present more than 200 students attend this school. Day by day new students are joining this computer school. We run separate classes for different ages and education levels, giving us a systematic approach to running these classes. Thanks to the directors of Tif-Foundation of Norway for all their help.
