Today's sermon reminded us of the timeless wisdom: 'Judge not, lest ye be judged.' (Matthew 7:1) As we navigate the complexities of life, it's easy to get caught up in judging others, their choices, and their beliefs. But in doing so, we forget that we too have our own struggles, biases, and limitations. Let us strive to create a community where empathy triumphs over judgment, where understanding supersedes assumptions, and where love conquers all. By doing so, we not only reflect the teachings of our faith but also foster a culture of compassion, growth, and redemption. Let us choose to see the divine in each other, to hear the stories that shape us, and to support one another on this journey of life.

Today, on this Holy Communion Sunday and the first Sunday of the month, we gather to celebrate the love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. As we receive the bread and the cup, we are reminded of His sacrifice and promise: "Do this in remembrance of me" (Luke 22:19). May our hearts be filled with gratitude and our spirits renewed as we feast on God's love and grace. Just as the apostle Paul wrote, "For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes" (1 Corinthians 11:26). Let us proclaim His love and grace to the world around us, and may our community be a testament to His power and love.
