Pappa-Razzi

Wowee Zowee, what a fun time at the Green Tree Brewery in Le Claire last night. We'd like to thank everyone that hung out and celebrated a wonderful evening on the River. Thanks to John, Sue, Kelly, Glenda, Darcy, Matt, my gkids, and all of the other great folks that made the night so enjoyable. A big thanks goes out to Sue Howe for stepping up and treating everyone to a ripping version of Me and Bobby McGee. It was just like old times.

With the brewery located near the RR tracks, we've been known to jump into the song TRAIN TRAIN when one passes. We did it during the first set for a couple of verses. Near the end of the evening a train pulled in slow and stopped below us. The diesel fumes were horrible, but we laughed.... and jumped into a spirited version of TRAIN TRAIN. It eventually left slowly... a very loooooong train.

I found later, the Engineer stepped out during the stop, and had a smoke break. He got to hear us singing Train Train as a nod to this working man on Labor Day weekend. I guess that was our opportunity to acknowledge him and his labors! How cool. Thank you to the Green Tree Brewery for having us back again, Thanks to Pappy, Muddy, and Scott for making it so much fun.

A big thanks to all that came out to Green Tree Brewery on Sunday. It was our first time back out since Labor day 2020. A great night for catching up with friends. Shared some brews, tunes, and laughs, can't wait to do it again and soon. Thanks to the great staff of Green Tree for the great service and warm welcome.

The weather was really wonderful at Len Brown's North Shore Inn this past Saturday, where the boat ramp and pub were packed. We'd like to thank you all for your support and making it a night of fun. And we look forward to coming back soon! Jimmy Mack and the fellows.

A BIG hot and sweaty thank you to everyone that came out to The Green Tree Brewery last night. A good night with a nice breeze off the river to keep us all somewhat cool and the cold beers helped too, Thanks to the great staff at Green Tree for their great service and hospitality.
