Sorry I’ve been a little MIA guys! I’ve been super busy with work, volunteering at my boys school and 3 boys haha.
But my goals are as full as my water bottle. Super proud of myself I’ve stayed on track with nutrition today even though I was hardly home. Meal prepping is key and helps me stay on track 💪🏼

Got my core workout in tonight 💪🏼 I struggled but I got through it. After having 3 csections my core is pretty weak. I am so happy to be strengthening it.
Finished butt day yay. I am so so proud of myself I’ve been on track this week. I love how strong I feel 💪🏼

As of tomorrow I will have started my Beachbody journey 2 weeks ago. I can’t get over the HUGE progress I’ve made already. I’m not where I want to be yet. But I’m leaner and stronger. So proud of myself 💪🏼
Leg day is complete 💪🏼 I had to finish my cool down with Mason by my side but we got it done. I upped my weights today and I felt the burn but it was a good burn.
No excuses from this momma. Mason woke up but I still got my workout in 💪🏼 (and this is what trying to get a picture with A baby is like haha)
Thanks to my 2 older boys for keeping Mason occupied while I make myself strong and healthy for you 💗
Dirty 30 all done 💪🏼 we’ve been doing this for almost a week now and I have to say I’m already feeling better about myself. So proud of how far we’ve come in such a short time 😍

My handsome first born is one of the reasons I work out and eat right. Day 4 is done! I’m sore but it’s a good sore 💪🏼
Today was a hard one. I so did not want to work out. I was sore and tired. But, my husband has been my biggest cheerleader and we did it. Finished day 2 of 21 day fix. So proud of myself! 💪🏼
I got started because I have 3 boys who I need to keep up with. I’ve been so unhappy with my body and my energy level. I knew I had to do something to make myself feel better. I’ve been looking into Beachbody workouts for a while. And finally decided to do it. I love being able to workout at home. With an 8 month old it helps to do my workouts when he’s napping.
I’ve started the 21 day fix. I’m going to be strong and fit for my boys. And be beach ready 💪🏼 who wants to join me?!
