I keep seeing videos of with the theme of “how I failed in 2023” but I’m going to flip the script. Running a small biz is hard, let alone trying to do it while life is happening too. lol. Soooo here are my celebrations:
🎉I re-launched my biz in June after having a baby in April. I shipped over 1,000 orders.
🎉I re-opened up my wholesale linesheet and gained over 10+ accounts across the US. Some new and some old.
🎉I struggled to create content and constantly post to social media and meet the demands of constant consumption. But I got some content out there! Yay.
It’s hard to focus on the positives when you constantly have a never-ending to do list as a biz owner. Especially as a solo entrepreneur. 💕 Thank you to everyone who supports small businesses. We love you. xoxo Jamie

GOATS MILK SOAP BASE from @stephensonsoap😍🎄 This soap base worked like a dream in my mistletoe holiday tree soaps. I was surprised by how hard the base was when I was cutting it up in cubes to melt - this is totally a good thing. I love that I know this bar soap will last longer than my others. 👍🏻 The bubbles when stirring were a plenty and that’s great. Because when you overheat a base it can lose lather. I popped this is the microwave for a few mins and it was still super bubbly. (Let’s face it. This is your friendly reminder that comparison is the thief of joy. A majority of what you see on the internet is “specially curated” and “aesthetic to the eye” content that people work for hours to create. It’s easy to scroll and say you wish you had those things or the ability to do such things, etc. Advice: practice self love, romanticize your own life and try to enjoy it the best you can. 💕 buy yourself flowers, take walks, read your favorite book with candlelight.
