This is the motivation face...I get this face a lot 😂😜 but don’t usually act on it.
Something usually gets in my way. Because I don’t put myself first, I start with good intentions then I start over thinking🧠👀( brain why u do me like that) ..... overthinking everything🤦🏼♀️ then I get exhausted. Then the brain stops. I end up on the couch watching Netflix feeling sorry for myself. 🤷🏼♀️😔. Something snapped and I’m fighting that overthinking demon because it’s my life, and I’m taking it back 👌🏻

Then back when I was 21😬 ohh the things I’d love to go back and teach this girl, but she figured it out eventually through trial and error, tears and pain, fears and feeling of not being worthy. There are lots of people out there who have done the hard work and hard lessons before you and found their way. Learning to live a healthier life is hard but once you got the skills and knowledge it becomes easy.
19 years later....I love who I have become and who I have inspired along the way. I’ll never stop learning that’s the trick.

So what happened ... well back then my body was a little more on the acidic side so I craved sugars and foods that matched.
Once I worked on changing my diet to more alkaline forming foods suddenly the taste of everything changed.

many times I find myself putting stupid restrictions on myself, often not trusting myself either.
And as I am learning to accept me for who I am
