“Old School Tap is a fun and unique way to add a vintage vibe with a modern twist to your event. Weddings, work events, graduations or any kind of party you can think of we’ll be there. Our truck pours your favorite craft beers, ciders, and mixed drinks along with non alcoholic options such as sodas and cold brew! The ability to mix up your tap selection makes Old School Tap the perfect choice for any event.
Old School Tap’s primary goal is to bring a good time to any event. We hope to take away some of the stress that can come with planning your event while providing you a unique focal piece for your guests. Our add-ons and bartenders are there to make your big day go as smoothly as possible!
Chuck the truck is a 1955 Ford F-250. We fell in love with his old school look and we hope you do as well. His classic charm is highlighted by a beautiful pistachio color with cream accents that can compliment any event. We chose a warm honey stain for the bar in the bed of Chuck to compliment him in a way that adds to his character, but still allows Chuck to remain the focal point.
His six tap system is built into a custom wood bar that fits perfectly in the bed of Old Chuck. Six taps means six drinks of your choice to have poured. We can accommodate your favorite beers, ciders, mixed drinks, sodas, mocktails and even coffee on our system.”

“3D Flavors Salsas are a unique blend of fresh and roasted local produce to create amazing flavors.
My wife Natalie and I founded and operate this company together with love and pride in our product. By taking the time to choose fresh local produce and making small batch salsa we are able to provide a delicious product unlike any other.
We pride ourselves on using fresh and local ingredients to create amazing and unique flavors for all to enjoy!“

“I was born in Hawaii and raised on the island of Kauai. I Graduated from Kapaa high school and enlisted to serve in the United States Marine Corps.
I have worked at many different island eatery’s and resorts in Hawaii. Down the line, I received formal French cuisine training at western culinary institute in Oregon, plus formal sushi training in both Hawaii and Oregon.
Being Hapa, half Hawaiian, I enjoy sharing my culture through food. I love to share the cuisines of the Pacific.
The Aloha Spirit, its alive in everyone from Hawaii. It drives people to love, share and respect. In the pacific there are so many different ethnic groups and in Hawaii they live and share and respect each other’s culture. Food is one of the ways people all over the world share their culture, and the food in Hawaii is fantastic!
Kanani and Blaise wish to share our life, our experiences and our food with you, and hope to make you part of our ohana. Catch our food truck around the Valley and book us for events and catering- we even offer sushi classes for events as well.”
“I started in 2018 with custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings and more. In 2022 I took my passion a step further, rebranded and grew into creating high quality pastries. We are a from scratch bakery and woman owned. Using local and organic ingredients when possible, we serve flavors from all over the world. We serve several coffee shops in the valley and currently are building our mobile bakery and café! The Loopy Whisk trailer will carry a variety of pastries, coffee, sandwiches, and more.“
“After 5 years as a machine gunner in the Marine Corps infantry, I went back to working in kitchens and took a Head Sushi Chef job at Shady Park in Tempe for two years, after which I started a video production business. I started working with professional fighters doing their workout and documentary content, but I mainly focus on promotional business content and social media management. I also enjoy doing portraits, wedding videography and photography, product photography and real estate content. Chef Blaise was the first one to teach me how to make sushi almost 15 years ago and he’s been a friend and mentor ever since.”
