Back day with Joey. Remember always isolate each side of your body with every muscle group you do. You need that equal balance when performing your compound movements. These I call High Lat Cable Row. Get that full exaggerated negative then pull in for a tight squeeze. Your lats will be on fire! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Upper Chest was always a lagging muscle group.

All I can say is after trial and error I have found what works best for me when building my upper chest.

Incline Barbell Bench 4 x 10 135-155 #
Incline Heavy Barbell 4 x 10, 8, 6, 6 185-205 #
Alternate weekly from heavy low reps to light high reps
Incline Cable fly 5 x 10 20-40 # 10-12 reps
DB Incline Press 4x10 or 4 x 6-8 70 for high reps 85 for low reps

That is what has helped me develop my upper chest and I stand by it.

Overhand Wide Lat Pulldown 4x10
Underhand Lat Pulldown Machine 4 x 10
Cable Row 4 x 10
Hammer Strength High Row 4 x 10 *Include Drop Sets
Lateral Cable Raise 3 x 15
Iso Preacher DB Curl 3 x 15

Good Morning Everyone!

Today is Leg Day Thursday! Going to be doing some Dead Lifts and Leg Presses as my main today. Hypertrophy training so mainly doing my 65-75% max for 10-12 reps each set.
