A little about us
Welcome to Backyard fungi! We’re a small scale family farm, specializing in Organic Gourmet Mushrooms in the Tri-cities Area. We’ve been growing mushrooms for years out of what was essentially curiosity then amazement and finally an appreciation for each variety.
Each variety has its own unique flavor for instance, Yellow has a somewhat nutty flavor, Pink tastes like bacon, & Lions Mane tastes like lobster. A truly unique mushroom, no stem or cap to be seen. As if that weren’t enough the medicinal benefits of Lions Mane are still expanding! Don’t take our word for it go ahead and google it, there have been links to improved memory, nerve regeneration, anti cancer fighting properties and the list goes on.
