Even though he is over 9 now, being a father has been the most rewarding and one of the biggest challenges of my life. This coming from someone that has run multiple half marathons, 5k's, 10ks also having served in the military fought and over come drug addiction, alcoholism, and continues to battle Epilepsy.

So tired of seizures whether it be every day or every 3 days this really sucks and I am over it. Got dealt a crap hand just tryin to find the positive in the dark.

Another Glimmer of Hope For a period of time in 2020, I couldn’t go a day without sitting down to write about ROC and his journey with Epilepsy. Once that time period ended, it was difficult for me to concentrate on…

Scary numbers this morning compared to last night. Stress of traveling must of caught up despite a pretty good nights aleep and not exercising which should of kept ketones higher.
Daily testing is stressful enough as is trying to fine tune every minute detail of my life in this attempt to overcome seizures.
I do hope my experiences and trials helps others know they are not alone and that what I do serves as a guide to try and keep trying.

Kickstart day with 20 Myoclonic jerks and sending coffee/mct everywhere while trying to get meds in. Going to be a most fun day.

Tomorrow ROC goes into the hospital to start a medically supervised . So what are we doing today? Not having the Driving to Stop Seizures event as we had been planning. However Orlando Magic donated tickets to the event that we still want to give away!
