We’re excited to introduce Zachary Carr as a new financial professional to Lincoln! Zachary is new to the business and graduated from Indiana University in May with a B.S. in Finance. He is very eager to learn, help his clients with their financial futures and make his mark on the industry. He came to Lincoln, starting as an intern the summer before his senior year, and worked with the ISA team under Win Stauffer. He was impressed by the culture and drive of the ISA team and learned quickly that Lincoln is very centered around learning and career development. When he is not at the office, he enjoys working out and lifting weights. He also participates in an adult soccer league once a week and is currently working on his cooking skills.

While Gary Cucchi, FSS, owner and financial professional of FEI & GAC Wealth Management, and his team made it through Hurricane Milton with minimum damage and most importantly, no injuries, they wanted to give back to surrounding communities who were less fortunate. The team launched a massive effort to gather essential supplies including water, blankets, batteries, work gloves, paper plates, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, first aid kits, etc. Trailers filled with hundreds of donated supplies were delivered last week to Sheehy Elementary School and Witter Elementary School in Tampa and the Sanderlin Family Center in St. Petersburg. Great job to Gary and his team for their generosity and making a difference in their communities!

Christian Isaly and Matthew Underwood, financial professionals at Westcoast Financial Group Inc in the greater Tampa Bay area, helped people safely leave their homes as rising water threatened residents in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton last week. Christian and Matt proudly serve with the Florida State Guard, an organization that responds to manmade and natural disasters and supports the people of Florida. We thank them for their service!

Congratulations to Annirose Womack, a financial professional at Astraios Financial, who competed in the Olympic Weightlifting World Championship in Fiji. Annirose qualified for the championship back in March, winning 32 silver medals in her age and weight category. She represented the USA proudly in Fiji, breaking six world records (three for the first time and then three more, breaking her own records) and earning a gold medal and world championship for her division in 2024. Great job, Annirose!

Our Wealth Management Forum was a success thanks to all of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and of course coffee ☕ had several general sessions, breakout sessions, hands-on Wove Training and silent presentations. We hope this forum provided our financial professionals information on the transformative topics happening at Lincoln, along with the tools they need to run their business more efficiently.

It is a privilege to be able to give back to a community that has given me so much. With the help of The Forst Foundation and Lincoln Investment, I was able to deliver a $5,000 donation to the Upper Moreland Educational Foundation. These funds will directly impact the students of my alma mater, Upper Moreland School District.

This year marks 20 years since my graduation from UMHS and 10 years since becoming the Financial Advisor with Lincoln Investment servicing the UM Administration, Faculty and Staff with their retirement planning. This also marks my 9th year coaching Wrestling for UM Middle School.

We had so much fun celebrating our annual Employee Appreciation Week! Throughout the last week, we held virtual and in-person events so all our employees could participate. Some of the different events included mocktail and tea tasting, massages, aromatherapy, sound therapy, wellness webinars, and lunch. We thank our employees for their hard work and dedication to Lincoln!

Her uniquely dynamic, entertaining and substantive approach to communication skills training comes from her extensive experience in conducting training workshops, coaching business professionals and delivering keynote addresses to a broad range of audiences both in the USA and globally, as well as interviewing high-profile figures, celebrities and corporate leaders. We look forward to hearing from Nadia!

Today marks 23 years since the tragic events of 9/11. As we reflect, we honor and remember the lives lost, the bravery of first responders, and the resilience of a nation that came together in the face of unimaginable adversity. Their lives will never be forgotten.
