Leaves me /you feeling rejuvenated!! 😃 You body is thankful for movement (increased circulation means toxin release) bonus right?!
Funny how when I go through something’s my mind tries to convince me that it’s best to just not do that thang that sets your heart ❤️ and soul 💫 on fire 🔥. Creating a better mood and day ahead. So my remedy for self care is and I don’t always but I do my best to make doing what sets my heart on fire 🔥 a non-negotiable!! All while remembering to allow grace when I don’t. Pssst- I’m still working on that!!
But let’s just say perfectly imperfect just the way God created me to be!!

This deep freeze weather has my vehicle 🚗 needing to be boosted consistently 🥶

We got started late, but that’s ok better late then NOT at all right?!!.... annnd I have my coffee , detox water and superfood smoothie to power up my day and my workout!! About to kill or be killed by T20 week 2 cut 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻👊🏻💪🏻. Seriously wish me luck!!

Ok so life isn’t always ideal right??? My wifi is on the fritz and I can’t get all my BOD workouts are unavailable. NO excuses go old school, and show up. This morning I did a dreaded not fav workout but I still showed up, because every little bit counts and besides that I deserve to show up for ME!! Happy Monday!! How are you going to crush your goals and send 2018 out with the best you possible?? #

If your short on time you can always find 20 min somewhere in your day. That’s all it takes...just move your body, give it all you got and you will begin to see beautiful things unfold. Mentally, physically and you will evenly make it a priority!! Go crush those goals today what ever they are for you!!

Best feeling ever!!! No one ever says I wish that I didn’t workout today!! What feeling would you rather end up with!! Dance party joy or guilt and shame for not doing what you know NEEDS to be done to create that result you want. No matter what that goal is!! I only say this outa LOVE 💗... because I have been that girl who been had self loathing and laying on the floor angry at herself for the poor choices I made. AND I also made it throu to the bright side where victory is in implementing those actions that has got me here today!! This doesn’t mean I don’t have my low days!!! It’s just creating that healthy habit and sticking to it!!! Through all those yucky feeling and mind tricks!! GIRL 👧 if I can conquer so can you 💯

I can not say enough about these home workouts. Each trainer brings certain elements!! Brings diversity and you end up finding your soulmate workouts!!

Girl find your victory ... it truly comes from with in 😍
Keep push forward, set your heart ❤️ on the Lord, your WHY your truth and I promise that you will come out in th other side even when you “FEEL” like you won’t or that it’s taking LONGER Athens you anticipated!! I can say this because I know for the past couple years it’s been my struggle! Right up until recent where I have stepped back got real and honest with myself, my flaws and stepping into reflection AND being comfortable with being uncomfortable. Love yourself NOW!!
Just as important is showing up no matter what feeling is standing in my way.
Next thing that’s also just as important IS get people or that somebody you can trust behind you and your goals ...who is your cheerleader, who will listen to you and will push you to be the best person you can be!!
YOU DESERVE that much and more!!

It’s been such a roller coaster ride this fitness journey this past few years. But I’m learning to come to terms with making it about showing up, mindfulness and making it about gratitude for this body I have been blessed with. Keeping my eyed forward as opposed to wear I have been in the past is my new focus as this year comes to a close. Who else is grateful for where the have come from and where they are headed ??

Be YOUR own HERO today!!
Friends showing up everyday, giving my best is beginning to show the results of the hard work I put in. Is it always easy?? Heck NO there are days I want to phone it in and just curl up on the couch with my kids and a good Christmas movie 🎥 🍿 Oh...wait!!! I still can after the hard work is put in!! This way I feel accomplished, empowered by my choice...the one that leads to my best self!!
You may think ya it’s easy for me, that I’m fit , ect!!! That’s so far from the truth!! Everyday is a choice and it’s growing in mental strength. Going beyond how I feel and DOING what is going to bring me closer to my better self. When I was 189lbs YES it was harder because I had to build the physical and mental strength. But each day I showed up I got easier, I got better and as I got better it got harder. It’s a journey ,a lifestyle not a destination!! You can do what you set your mind to!! I know you can!!
No one else is going to do it for you!!

Guilt free healthy plant based chocolate pudding. This is my dinner to high and also could be a preworkout meal. YUMM all the Chocolate!! 🤤Let’s get real when that time of the month comes around a girl just needs her chocolate fix!! So why not ?? It’s loaded with protein, lower carb, good fats probiotics adapotgens and so much more!!


Recipe: ❤️❤️💚💚1/2🥄

I used:
-shakeology or you could use another protein powder/meal replacement as Shakeology provides nutrition for a meal.
- 1 cup 1/2 water 1/2 cashew milk
-Spinach and precooked and cooled cauliflower
Sweetener of choice
-2/3 tbsp of chia seed (optional) adds good nutrition and helps with fullness
-shaved unsweetened chocolate 1/4 of a square
You could also PB2 and make it a Reese’s PB cup flavour

Instructions :
Blend liquid, spinach/cauliflower, sweetener and 1/2 of your Protein powder in this case shakeology until smooth. Pour into your bowl add your Chia seeds and the rest of your Shakeology mix with a wisk until blended and smooth. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and let set in the fridge. Then enjoy 😊

If it’s not vegan or need to get another protein in you can use the Chia seeds as you’re 🧡orange container. If you use it as a post workout out you could add a 💜 fruit

Went back to an oldie today... 21 day fix extreme ABC
I was shaking at the end of that crazy workout!! All I know is a major victory has been won!! I am so much stronger in doing that workout tonight compared to a year ago when I did it!! I reflected on the growth that I have had over this past year in my fitness and nutrition and body image journey. There are so many components that affect each persons goals. I hope to learn more and put into action all I have learned in 2018 as I continue to learn and grow in 2019!!

No matter where you are you can make time and be creative to make your workout happen.
I used bands, mat and a duffle bag for my weight. Still got in a great sweat and burned some serious calories. It is time we stop listening to that small voice that tell us we can’t do something and start listening to what your heart tells you you can do!!

I'm just an ordinary momma, my journey began with me being 189lbs buy the time son was born. I had my struggles. I had been temporarily paralyzed after his birth. It took six months to be able to walk (very slow mind you) without my legs giving out. My fitness journey began in my home with a BB program... that was just the beginning.

Woke up sore from yesterday's run 😳 My hips and hamstrings annnnd my quads where tight and stiff.
I was not FEELING like doing my leg day workout I can tell you that for sure!!
But did you know that actually by working out and moving those muscles made everything FEEL so much better??
So just get up, lace up and do it!!
