A little about me and my practice: I have be teaching yoga since 2011. I have study several different styles of yoga over the years. I have several different certifications 2 300 hr, 4 200 hr, 5 50hr, & 2 500 pilates trainings. The style of yoga I teach is a light flow with many different asanas, pranayama, and some sound healing.
