In a heartwarming display of community solidarity, Barangay Liatimco officials headed by Brgy. Captain Hon. Nicasio Consigna, Jr., together with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) leaders led by the SK Chairwoman Hon. Noviery C. Roda, have taken a proactive step to support those affected by recent seismic events in the province. Responding to the urgent needs of their constituents, the officials have initiated a drive to provide essential grocery goods to families grappling with the aftermath of the seismic disturbances, today, December 8, 2023.

The initiative is a testament to the leadership's commitment to the welfare of the community. Witnessing the impact of the earthquake dilemma on the lives of their fellow residents, these officials felt compelled to take action beyond their regular duties.

One noteworthy aspect of this community-driven effort is that the funds for the grocery goods did not come from external sources or donations but were sourced directly from the pockets of the Barangay and SK officials themselves. This selfless act underscores the dedication of these leaders to the well-being of their community members.

We would like to extend our thanks to BHW President, TANOD, LYO officers, LUPON and UTILITY TEAM.

Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much!
