Love my bespoke home gym! Tysm thegympeople 🥹
This isn’t an ad - I would genuinely recommend these guys. They had quite a tough brief as this gym needed to accommodate both resistance AND cardio workouts in quite an awkward space as well as an aesthetic worth taking pics in :) They have made sure I had absolutely every bit of kit needed, and it was all done in a day! After the first workout I can also say the kit is 10/10 quality too 🤩

So much going on lately I have just been diving in the gym where I can and doing mostly circuits but it feels good to be beginning to lift heavy again.
I legit never film my workouts I like to be in the zone srry lol but I might start filming just for accountability - shall I share them?
