Metro Detroit Model United Nations

The Metro Detroit Model United Nations Organization is pleased to announce that it is supporting The Heat and Warmth Fund (THAW) at its MeDMUN IX Conference on 7 January 2023. THAW raises funds to help Michigan families pay their electric and water bills. Students can look forward to hearing from THAW about their mission to keep Michigan families healthy, safe, and warm at our conference, MeDMUN IX.

Each year MeDMUN partners with an area non-profit to raise money or supplies that can be utilized in the local community. MeDMUN IX participants will be able to donate money and loose change to THAW and all proceeds from the MeDMUN concession will be donated to THAW.

Calling all high school students!

Register for the MeDSeC IV Virtual Arctic Council Committee. Held Saturday May 21st via Zoom, delegates will have one last chance before the start of summer to compete in Model UN and debate difficult topics. With the recent conflict in Ukraine, the Arctic, its climate and economic potential, have never been more important.
