After a few cozy nights and sunsets (and baby goats!) took a road trip from Strathmore to Canmore, Alberta today. There’s something about driving in this province that is fun, especially if you avoid the main highways and take your time. Now just waiting for the friends to show up..

Part of is finding new things to do and places I want to return and bring people. all make the list.

We conquered the mountain.. through rapids, mud and nonstop running water. Somewhere in Not going to lie, it was physically and mentally tough. Being short means trying to either scramble or find roots to hoist oneself up but did it. Had a nap at the top, did a bit of yoga, replenished and faced going down. Second summit hiked and third summit visited.

When all kids are away, the adults go and play. Despite the rain we check out new things and eat Somewhere in
