Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit. Mhairi will guide you through sequences designed to build strength and flexibility in your body and mind, strengthen your core, improve postural alignment, relieve back pain, reduce stress, boost energy and encourage deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Dru is designed to be practised by people of all abilities and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Dru comes from the Sanskrit word dhruva, which reinforces the stillness that can be experienced in Dru yoga and meditation. In the stillness we are able to reflect and respond from a point of clarity and inner calm. Mhairi’s mission is to compassionately guide her students towards wholeness and well being and giving them the tools to heal themselves.
