Love my air fryer! Salmon seasoned with Trader Joe’s citrusy garlic ready in 15 minutes.  For the quinoa, Sautée half onion, half a jar of roasted bell peppers, chopped and about 3 tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped…add it to 2 cups of cooked quinoa.. a little salt and pepper and it’s a delicious side to go with your salmon
