Our Story
Prior to founding ARMG, our partners owned and operated Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, an outpatient corporation based in Georgia. The facility opened its doors in 1996, and quickly became a thriving therapy treatment center. Over the subsequent years, the business expanded its practice across the southeast, serving over 15,000 new patients per year.
During this time, the co-founders and managing partners quickly realized the extensive challenges that came with running, managing and growing a successful therapy practice, regardless of setting. Leveraging their collective experience and expertise across their fields, they continued optimizing their operations and building a blue-print from their success.
Shortly thereafter, hospitals, clinics, home health agencies, and multi-specialty practices were calling and requesting assistance with their programs. The partners quickly took on a consultative approach to helping these business overcome their unique challenges, across operations, finance, human resources and talent acquisition, training and on-boarding, marketing, business development, compliance and more. Through this effort, the Advance Rehabilitation Management Group was born.
