Our Story

Originally from Pennsylvania, master waterfowl taxidermist Rick Ge**er founded Creation Taxidermy in 1996 as a full-service taxidermy studio.
Enthralled by the beauty of the birds around him, Rick began his quest of producing waterfowl mounts of the highest quality through the means of taxidermy competition. Upon receiving master certification through the PA Taxidermist Association in 2010, Rick made the decision to specialize exclusively in premium waterfowl taxidermy. In making the move to Delaware in the spring of 2017, the decision was made to change the name from Creation Taxidermy to Creation Waterfowl. Having studied live ducks in his backyard aviary, as well as competing at the professional and master levels, Rick welcomes the challenge of "re-creating" and preserving the beauty of waterfowl so perfectly created by God.
