Shoutout to Tara Velluci Colon, a business manager in the medical field who has made incredible progress with our program!

Despite undergoing hip surgery, Tara was determined to stay in shape and improve her overall well-being.

Through our program, she not only lost 10lbs but also recovered from 2 hip surgeries and got in the best shape of her life.

Tara also worked through limiting beliefs and negative emotions that were holding her back, such as anger and frustration, and has now become a lot more peaceful and productive by redirecting her mind positively. She has strengthened relationships with her family, but most importantly.. with herself!

Keep up the great work, Tara!
