Hey guys I’m trying to eat low carb and add more protein to my diet but I have little time to cook. I found these are good and easy to make. You can microwave them but they come out better in the air fryer. I got them at Walmart but I’ve seen them at Sam’s club and Costco as well. And in bigger boxes.

Hubby & I portioned out 4-5 point crunchy snacks yesterday for us both. We reuse the bags. I've started grabbing these to eat last because there are so few in each, can make me mad lol and take up so many points. But they help when I really want chips. I can't stand protein chips. I like the 1 point Laughing Cow herb and garlic on the crackers and 2 point container of Steak Bites from Costco on them. But I often eat them plain if I "resort" to grabbing them. We really want to move past the having to have crunchy snacks like this. You get so little it just about makes you mad. I just can't eat celery, carrots, raw vegetables very often, even with skinny girl dressing. He won't eat raw vegetables at all.

Copycat McDonald’s Breakfast Combo 🤩
McDonald’s is probably my biggest guilty pleasure so I’m finding ways around it so I can enjoy my favorite foods and still achieve my goals.
The classic Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit and their iconic hash brown… this combo typically comes to 23 points. Mine is much lower in calories/fat and comes to just 8!!
Ingredient: pillsbury butter tastin biscuit, breakfsst chicken sausage patty (Trader Joe’s), velveeta sliced, and egg. Accompanied with a Trader Joe’s hash brown, air fried. ❤️

2 pt breakfast, I scrambled cottage cheese in with the eggs. Wasn’t sure if I would like it. I loved it and so did my husband! Win/win…

My breakfast lunch and dinner. All of this was 10 points and thats with mashed potatoes and a Mayo dipping sauce for my salmon!
Breakfast;
Egg - 0, Sarah Lee Delight white bread - 1, Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage - 2, ff cottage cheese with diced apple and chamoy - 0 (DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS)
Lunch;
Pozole - 0 (find basically any recipe and use chicken breast)
Dinner;
5oz salmon - 0, 8oz russet mashed potatoes - 5 (I also added cottage cheese to make it creamy 🤤), lemon Mayo sauce - 2, Brussels sprouts - 0
I ate some cheese and crackers as a snack for 6 points. I have 7 left and am just not hungry for more, but now I have some freedom if I decide I want to eat dessert later!

Trying something a little different for lunch. Not sure if it will fill me up enough, but I figured it was worth a try since it's so low in points!
Also, I scored 6 activity points earlier from a 50 minute walk I went on during lunch. Those extra points make me feel accomplished!

My 12 point weight watchers breakfast.
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and my dinners usually consist of low to zero point foods so I happily spend quite a few points on breakfast.
Thomas cinnamon Raisin English muffins with a couple sprays of I cant believe its not butter 4 points
2 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of Kraft cheese 4 points
2 Jimmy Dean heat and serve Turkey Sausage patties 4 points
Watermelon 0 points

Anyone else a huge fan off Zuccini noodles (zoodles)? Once I finally learned how to cook them properly I started having them twice a week! So good and they go great with pretty much everything!

I eat a lot of eggs or oatmeal during the week but on the weekend, I like the ability to have something a little more tasteful. I was struggling with bread until yesterday! Found this low carb/low calorie Italian bread at my local Walmart. It is so light and airy and very good!! 2pts/2 slices. I present my 4 point breakfast, 3 pieces of French toast (3pts) and 1/4 cup of sugar free syrup (1pt). Paired with a cup of coffee with a packet of Splenda, no cream (0pt). It was such a delicious breakfast and I thought that I would share.

My 0 points dinner! So good and so filling.
I was nervous about today as hubby and I went out shopping and he LOVES to eat at fast food. He drove us to Wendy's and I thought, "Ok, you've looked up their stuff, you can do this!" I ordered a sour cream & chive baked potato and 3 chicken strips, without sauce and shared the chicken with my hubby.
Lunch and breakfast left me with 3 points for dinner. So....this was my result.
Only sharing as I'm proud of myself for not going over (first time going out with hubby) and still have points left over and weekly points.
Sunday will be harder as it's our anniversary....lol

My kids were having some Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and I won’t be giving up 14 points for a 1/2 cup, so I made my own! 🍫🍦

Such an AMAZING and simple snack.I LOVE peanut butter but we all know how not point friendly it is! So now I just slice up a crunchy apple (current faves are Cosmic Crisp and Envy) place in a zip-lock sandwich bag, drop in 1 tablespoon of PB2, seal up the bag leaving an air pocket and gently shake!You get peanut butter dusted apples! So satisfying for that afternoon snack and only 1 point! (Or less?)🍎 🥜 🟰🥰

Low Point cherry cheesecake jars are just amazing, best WW dessert for me

Ok so everyone has been making Cherry Cheesecake In mason jars. I made the recipe and it was just too much to eat 7 of them within the week because it was like a whole other meal.
So I decided to take the recipe and tweak it to make them smaller. I bought some silicone cupcake cups and made them in there and then froze them.
They make a great dessert and they are even cute to put out if you are having a gathering of friends.Makes 16 serving and 1 pts each

Supper tonight is cheese wraps with oven roasted turkey breast inside & a few chopped up pieces of green bell pepper for some flavor. Going to dip in a small amount of chipotle ranch & regular ranch. Zevia cream soda to drink 🙂
