Wine is good for you. 1 glass great, have 10 not so much.
So be mindful of BALANCE, work hard but not too much, enjoy a glass but not 10, workout but do not exhaust yourself πππππ

1.-Download a Tabata App. 1 session, 6 or 8 cycles, prepare 10" work 20"rest 10".
2.- Pick your favorite exercise: squat jumps, push ups, step ups, burpees, anything!
3.- Perform one exercise 20' on 10'off x 6 or 8x. Then move on to next exercise.
You are done!!!! No equipment needed. Enjoy!!!! Xoxoxo

How appropriate! I'm REFITTING myself! I have been struggling lately due to negativity. Well, it's over! I'm ready to be my normal happy positive me! This is officially Week 1, I'm replacing negative thoughts for positive ones.

Counteracting stress before it hits! Sipping my Ionix!
I am literally less than 7 weeks away from my next show. Eeeek!!! If you are reading this you might probably wonder what is this about. I have recently became a Bikini Competitor. My first show was November 2014 in Fitness Universe Las Vegas. A lot goes on into prepping for a show like this. After Las Vegas, I went thru a building season, that is aimed to build more muscle. I have just started with the shredding phase, that is to start getting leaner. A coach in my team described it as βunwrapping a presentβ. Well, this will be a long Christmas! 7 weeks of unwrapping! we go slow and steady.
So, I will suggest that if you would like to join me in my venture, you may take a pledge of committing the next 7 weeks to improving your health! Slow gradual changes can make a huge difference in 7 weeks!!! What do you think?
An easy change to make this week 7, is to focus our food intake to only those items that have nutritional value. It takes a lot of thought. Consequently, it stops compulsive junk eating. By the end of this week, you should start feeling more energized and having an overall increased feeling of well being. Once you feel comfortable with this, you should also pass it on to your kids! Only feed them nutritional food. Juices, snacks, etc donβt usually provide with any nutrition and leaves us (and them!) cranky and nutritionally starving :)
