We are trialing new satchels for our online orders.

We were using colourful satchels that are compostable. The new satchels can be recycled in the soft plastics bin, are made of 80% recycled plastic and seem sturdier.

This morning we notified some new flavours to the VRA. We can't tell you about them, cos we are not allowed to. However, once they are approved we will go into manufacturing mode and then will put them up on our website.

Today is an exciting day for V**e Canyon as we open our first exclusively retail store in Wellington CBD. Here's a sneak peek of the store before we put the stock in it.

The manager of the store will be our amazing packer/customer service superstar Lloyd. So that means there will be someone new packing the online orders. We will still aim to get your orders out as per normal.

With the increasing number of COVID cases in our area we have made the tough decision to temporarily close the store at our warehouse to minimise the risk of exposure to our team.

We hope this will enable us to keep making and supplying your favourite ejuice.

Our webstore will remain open. The nearest stockist of our products is the new v**e store in Tawa which is on the main road next to the pink pineapple.

You can't beat Wellington on a good day!

We are having a long weekend as it is Wellington anniversary on Monday.

It's Christmas time!

Here at V**e Canyon we plan to celebrate on Friday 17th. We will be closing our shop at 12:30pm for our ataff Christmas lunch.

NZ Post have advised that the cut off date for delivery before Christmas is Monday 20th. So if you want your order delivered before Santa arrives make sure we get your payment by Monday morning to be on the safe side.

We will be closed between Christmas and New Year.

Here at V**e Canyon we are taking COVID19 seriously because if any of us gets the rona then we will have to close for a couple of weeks.

To protect ourselves, we have installed airfilters in our store and warehouse. Plus we have implemented a mandatory mask policy. All staff must wear masks all day (groan!) and anyone coming onto the premises must wear a mask as well. No mask, no service.

We have a box of masks outside so that if you don't have one, we've got you covered.

If for one reason or another you are unable to wear a mask please order online.

Good news folks! CHILL IS BACK!

Sad news for those of you who love Chernobyl Chill. We are out of stock again.

It's the same old story - waiting for a shipment from overseas. This time the shipment has been held up in transit so hopefully it will not be too far away.

Another bit of news is that we are no longer using NZ Couriers to ship our orders.

Sorry folks but the internet in out warehouse is playing up so we may not be able to get orders out today as expected.

It's beautiful day in Wellington so I am at Dope, next to the sustainability trust, Tory St enjoying a coffee and cookie while I process your orders!

The rest of the team are in our warehouse in Porirua packing them up.

Our banking is having internet issues again!

So we cannot see who has paid for their orders!

If you have paid for an order, have not received an email to say that we are processing it and want it sent today, please send us proof of payment so we can get your order out to you. Make sure that our bank account number is showing.

Hey team!

During level 3 if you want to pick up some juice you must order online. Once you have paid for it we will process your order and advise you when it is ready to be collected.

Please DO NOT come to our warehouse if you have not been advised that your order is ready. We will not be able to help you.

We are a small team and do not want to risk catching COVID. If that happens we will have to close for at least 2 weeks and none of us wants that.

Once we have moved to level 3 we will be able to do contactless click and collect.

If you want to pick up an order please order online at our webiste and select "click and collect" as you delivery option. Then make payment in the usual way. When we receive your payment we will pack your order and notify you when it is ready for pickup.

When you get here please scan our QR code for track and trace and knock on the roller door. Make sure you are wearing your face mask as we do not want to get COVID (that will close us down for at least two weeks and you would not want that).

Sorry we will not be able to offer any of our instore specials during level 3.

Like the rest of the country we will be moving to alert level 4 at 11:59pm tonight.

This means that our physical shop will be closed so please do not swing by hoping to pick up some juice.

The good news is that our webstore can still operate as we are an essentail service.

My first day running the canyon on my own and I get locked out!

Sorry folks am waiting for the locksmith to open up. We should be back to business in an hour or so

Back in business thanks to a customer with a magic touch. I still want the locksmith tho cos I don't want this to happen again on Monday.
