Today just so happens to coincide with Peloton Homecoming. Every year around this time the CEO rolls out new features for users. Here are some of my favorite new features.

💪🏾 Programs
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The programs have been revamped so that once you join a fitness program, it tracks your progress and automatically cues up the next workout in the program. You now get badges for program completion. The program unlocks each week as you progress, so you can’t skip ahead.

💪🏾 New and improved Scenic Rides and Runs
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Peloton now has guided scenic rides and runs with regular music (not the instrumentals they previously had). The instructors cue cadence and resistance just like the studio classes. You can now choose a distance in addition to a timed run/ride. Meaning you can select 1mile, 5K and 10K runs. This is only available for Bike or Tread owners.

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who called, text, sent shots, ate cake and showed up to celebrate my birthday with me.

I feel like I’ve been celebrating for the last 2 weeks and I truly have the best friends ever. Love you!! 😘😘😘

Today I turn 38....

37 was one the birthdays I was looking forward to. There was nothing inherently special about the number 37 and that’s why I liked it.

No one talks about turning 37. And even though it was the year I lived through the pandemic...it was a great year.

It was a year that I was more intentional about adding the things that I wanted in my life and subtracting the things I didn’t. More friends, more hobbies, more travel, less stress.

If 38 is half a good as 37, it will be great! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
