Spin Spin Spin… STOP is a great tool for self-regulation! Helping our kiddos learn to control their bodies will help them learn to control their emotions in the long run!

Bean bags can help children learn and grow in a fun and engaging way by improving their motor skills, balance, and coordination. They are also a great tool to help kiddos develop sensory integration and spatial awareness.

The kids are not the only ones that benefit from the Feelings Rock community! Shout out to all of the grown-ups that are putting themselves out there and making new friends!!

Did you know … hugs make us happier?
Hugging increases serotonin, a neurotransmitter known as the “feel good” hormone that is produced and spread by neurons in the brain. Serotonin helps us feel happy, calm, and confident. When serotonin flows freely, we feel good about ourselves and happy!

😃 You work one-on-one with the Founder, Katie Webster, to learn about the program and go through her training. Upon completion of training, you will receive your Feelings Rock License!
😃 Feelings Rock Instructors can be ANY age, gender, background, education level or location! You just MUST LOVE MUSIC & MUST LOVE KIDS!!

Feelings Rock is designed for grown-up participation! Parents, grandparents, grown-up friends & caregivers are encouraged to sit with your kiddo and enjoy class TOGETHER!

Today, this is what being a Feelings Rock Instructor looks like. I am working from the bedroom floor with a naked kiddo because she can’t be bothered to get dressed today, and I don’t have the energy fight about it. She wants to be sitting on my lap but it’s a million degrees, so RIGHT next to me is a compromise. We are hot, cranky and have major sugar hangovers. I am a tired mama but I am also a grateful mama!
Today I feel grateful that being a Feelings Rock Instructor allows me the flexibility to be the kind of mom I need to be TODAY (and everyday).
