· Greet customers as they walk in

· Take customer payments and enter sales tickets into Quickbooks

· Support and facilitate the completion of sales and receivable reports using excel spreadsheets

· Photocopying, faxing and scanning

· Undertake occasional receptionist duties

· Daily report on Excel

Required:

· Must be 18 years of age

· Good communication skills

· Ability to pass a drug screen

· Ability to understand and comprehend basic accounting skills

· Typically work 40 hours a week depending on business needs

· Preferred:

· Experience in Quickbooks Enterprise

· Customer service experience

Full time position

M-F 7:30am-4:00pm ; first Saturday of the month

We are looking for an accounting manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are looking for someone to work closely with our controller.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

Month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger

Payroll and reporting account statement reconciliations human resources documentation

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

Meet financial accounting objectives

Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Maintain proper documentation for human resources

Skills

· Proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor

· Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Quickbooks Enterprise, and Timeclock software

· Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· BS degree in Accounting or Finance

We are looking for a flexible and motivated individual to join our team. This position will be cross trained between sales and bookkeeping. Sales would be an needed and bookkeeping is every Saturday from 7:30 to 5:00

Duties as a bookkeeper:
Answer phones and transfer to correct dept.
Take payments
Run credit cards
Key in invoices into quickbooks

Duties as a salesperson:
Answer sales calls
Learn inventory
Good customer service/interaction
Must be able to retain information

We are looking for someone that can manage their time effectively that doesn't require micromanagement.
